Una vez hayas seleccionado los productos puedes pagar de forma segura a través de Paypal, Bizum al 686637886 o  transferencia bancaria a Emma López Dierden ES84 1465 0100 91 1701767100 (código SWIFT para transferencias fuera de España INGDESMMXXX) En el último caso si pides al banco que nos mande un mail notificando el pago o tu misma nos mandas el comprobante a infodierden@gmail.com el proceso de preparación y envío del pedido será más rápido porque el ingreso tarda unos tres días laborables en aparecer en la cuenta de destino y  tendríamos que esperar a que aparezca reflejado en nuestra cuenta para realizar el envío.
Nuestros productos se elaboran al momento por lo que el plazo de envío es de 48/72 horas tras haber recibido el pago y puedes elegir la opción mensajero/correo certificado envuelto para regalo o correo certificado sin envolver. Si resides en las Islas Canarias, Ceuta o Melilla debes seleccionar esa opción y facilitar DNI

Por correo certificado o mensajero envueltos para regalo en cajitas y con etiquetas de papel reciclado. Se proporciona nº de seguimiento. Los gastos de envío son de 5.00€ para península y Baleares, para pedidos superiores a 60€ no hay gastos de envío.
Por correo certificado sin envolver, en sobres de burbujas. Los gastos de envío son de 4.50€ para península y Baleares, para pedidos superiores a 50€ no hay gastos de envío.
Los pedidos a las Islas Canarias, Ceuta y Melilla se envían por correo certificado sin envolver, en sobres de burbujas. Los gastos de envío son de 10€, para pedidos superiores a 50€ no hay gastos de envío. Es imprescindible seleccionar la casilla con estos destinos al elegir la forma de envío y facilitar el DNI del destinatario a nuestro correo infodierden@gmail.com

Shipping costs are 12€ for member countries of the European Union, free shipping for orders over 100€. 
For Andorra, Gibraltar and U.K. the shipping costs are 12€, free shipping costs for orders over 130€.
By certified postal mail unwrapped for gift  in bubble envelopes shipping costs are 7€ for member countries of the European Union, free shipping for orders over 80€.
For the rest of the countries the shipping costs are 12€, free shipping costs for orders over 100€.

Todos los productos Dierden se realizan a mano por lo que es posible encontrar pequeñas diferencias de un producto a otro del mismo modelo, sobre todo en las piedras semipreciosas, que; por las características de las mismas; las vetas, la tonalidad etc varía de unas a otras.
Puedes cambiar tu compra Dierden SOLO SI EL PRODUCTO HA LLEGADO DAÑADO en un plazo de 48 horas desde la fecha de recepción del paquete, una vez devuelto el paquete con el artículo defectuoso te enviaremos otro igual. Si el cambio se realiza fuera de este período o el artículo se ha utilizado o no se envía en su embalaje original, Dierden no aceptará el cambio.
En ningún otro caso aceptamos cambios o devoluciones puesto que todos los productos se realizan exclusivamente bajo pedido.

All Dierden products are made by hand so it is possible to find small differences from one product to another of the same model, especially in semiprecious stones, which; due to their characteristics; the streaks, the hue etc varies from one to another.
You can change your purchase ONLY IF THE PRODUCT HAS ARRIVED DAMAGED within 48 hours from the date of receipt of the package, once the package with the defective item is returned we will send you another one. If the change is made outside this period or the item has been used or is not sent in its original packaging, Dierden will not accept the change.
In no other case do we accept exchanges or returns since all products are made exclusively upon request.

Almost all of our pieces are made with semi-precious stones, faceted glass, suede, gold plated silver, gold flash brass, stainless steel and zamak. The stones and glass do not require special care, but in order for the metal pieces to last longer in good condition and their color does not change, they should be the last thing you put on and the first thing you take off. Protect them from moisture, remove them before showering, go to the pool or the beach, avoid water, perfumes, colognes, creams, makeups and direct contact with sweat on jewelry pieces.

Todas nuestra piezas son de edición limitada por lo que es probable que encuentres en Instagram, Facebook o Pinterest algún producto que no veas en la web.
Los productos que no aparecen se han agotado pero los que tienen la reseña FUERA DE EXISTENCIA es posible que los volvamos a servir.
Si quieres varios artículos de un mismo producto pero no te deja añadir a la cesta mas de uno o un número limitado es porque no tenemos material para hacer mas del que te permite añadir a tu compra.
En cualquiera de los dos últimos supuestos nos puedes consultar por mail.
Igualmente, si quieres un producto pero cambiando algún color o abalorio de manera particular, consultanos la posibilidad. No solemos hacer diseños a medida pero pequeños cambios a veces son posibles.

All our pieces are limited edition so it is probably that you will find on Instagram, Facebook or Pinterest a product that you don´t see on the web.
Products that don´t appear in the web have been sold out, but those that have the review OUT OF EXISTENCE, is probably we may serve them again.
If you want several items of the same product but it does not allow you to add more than one or a limited number to the basket, it is because we have no material to make more than the one that allows you to add to your purchase.
In any of the last two cases you can consult us by mail.
Likewise, if you want a product but changing a particular color or bead, ask us the possibility. We don't usually make custom designs but small changes are possible sometimes.
